Fees & Insurance
Our intake session fee is $195 and $170 for subsequent individual therapy sessions.
Gender Affirming Care assessment/intake and letter $195 for the initial intake and $170 for the letter.
Gender Affirming Care letter writing consultation for other therapists $200.
We accept the following insurance plans:

First Choice Health Network (Kaiser PPO)
Out-of-Network Plans
For insurance plans not listed above, your insurance may provide coverage on an out-of-network basis. You will want to contact your plan for confirmation and details. Questions that may be useful to ask include:
Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
If so, what are the out-of-network deductible and coverage details?
You will be responsible for the full payment at the time of session, and we will provide you with a superbill invoice to submit to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement.
